We are reliant on feedback in the Agile space. One of the big shifts we are experiencing is, we don’t have all the answers. Technology is moving faster than we can stay on top of it. We want to foster ownership of decisions, avoiding becoming dictatorial and telling them all the answers. We don’t want to micromanage. We want our teams to make the best decisions they can.
