In-class learning is designed to be highly interactive, with discussions and exercises that encourage learners to share experiences and insights with one another.

You’ll have opportunities to practice new skills in a safe environment through exercises and simulations, ensuring you’re well-prepared to apply your learning on the job.

Real-World Application and Certification

Beyond the classroom, you’ll solidify your learning through practical exercises completed in your own work environment.

These post-class practices are a requirement for earning the CSP®-SM credential and focus on applying facilitation and reflective techniques essential for effective Scrum Master performance.

Lean Thinking and the Foundations of Agile and Scrum
Core Scrum Master Competencies: Facilitation, Coaching, and Training
Advanced Scrum Mastery Techniques
Serving the Development Team and Product Owner (including starting new Scrum teams, craftsmanship, and coaching)
Serving the Organization (including coaching structure and culture change, and scaling Scrum)

A valid Advanced-CSM® with the Scrum Alliance is required for those taking this course
At least 24 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master within the past 5 years validated via candidates’ Scrum Alliance profile
Completion of the 2 Day CSP®-SM
Completion of post-course work

You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund (less credit card fees) up to 2 weeks before the date and time of the class.

Cancellations between 1 & 2 weeks before the class will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellation requests made within 1 week of the class date and time will be charged a $150 cancellation fee.

A student may transfer their ticket to another student at anytime with no charge as long as they provide notification to Collaborative Leadership Team.

Unless there’s an unforeseen event like instructor illness or a major catastrophe, the class will take place on the date and at the location listed.
