What you'll learn
Two modules covering how AI actually responds to a prompt and how to customize that for your team — then a hands-on lab to put it to work.
Module 01
How to craft precise, structured prompts that unlock accurate, useful results — plus the refinement moves for when the first attempt isn't quite right.
Module 02
Writing prompts with your own team's data, iterating them for your actual workflows, and using generative AI alongside whatever framework you already run on.
The prompting lab
Once the frameworks are in place, you'll apply them to mock and real-life scenarios — generating backlog items, analyzing feedback, and summarizing retrospectives — so you leave with prompts you'll actually reuse.
