Enterprise Agility · Aligning Culture & Structure to Deliver Results
Most transformations fail because leaders try to shift one without touching the other. This course gives coaches and change agents a systems-thinking approach to reading an organization, finding where resistance actually lives, and designing adaptive interventions instead of another rigid roadmap.

Private training
We aren't running public Enterprise Agility sessions right now. Every session is private, built around your teams, your structure, and where your organization is with alignment and culture.
Either way works. Email a bit of context — including your group size and what's prompting the conversation — and we'll follow up with a plan, or skip straight to 30 minutes with Scott to talk through your teams and structure.
The credential
Enterprise Agility is an official Scrum Alliance microcredential in the Leadership and Coaching track. Attend the full private session and participate, and it's yours.

Scrum Alliance
A digital badge you can add to LinkedIn the day you finish, backed by a globally recognized credentialing body. Microcredentials are stackable — this one pairs naturally with other Leadership and Coaching microcredentials as you build toward a full coaching pathway.
What you'll learn
Three modules that move from diagnosing an organization to actually designing the change — plus the takeaways that tie them together.
Module 01
Use systems-thinking principles to uncover the patterns and constraints inside an agile organization, design a structured assessment, and run it — interview maps, hypothesis areas, feedback loops.
Module 02
Compare foundational change models, evaluate a real strategy for sources of resistance, and connect culture ("how we act") to structure ("how we're organized") to find what actually needs to shift.
Module 03
Analyze capability gaps to design coaching interventions, assess how psychological safety, culture, and structure connect to value delivery, and build a plan for continuous learning.
Key takeaways
Analyze the connection between culture and structure to shift mindsets. Identify and mitigate resistance patterns with targeted interventions. Conduct professional organizational assessments to uncover system friction. Design adaptive, iterative roadmaps that thrive on feedback and results. Develop systemic structures — Communities of Practice included — to sustain agility.
Who it's for
This is for people ready to move past team-level coaching and work on the structures and culture that shape every team underneath them.
Aiming for enterprise-level impact, beyond a single team or program.
Agile coaches planning to sit the Certified Agile Coach exam.
Navigating complex organizational friction and looking for a model that accounts for it.
Moving from linear planning toward iterative, adaptive strategies.
Ready to influence the broader structures shaping what their teams can actually do.
Focused on culture-shifting and scaling agility across the enterprise.
On prerequisites: there's no formal requirement, but this is an advanced-level agile coaching course — prior agile coaching experience, or a previous Scrum Alliance agile coaching course, is strongly recommended.
Your session
One day, one credential per attendee, and a shared, specific view of what your organization's structure and culture actually need.
The official Scrum Alliance Enterprise Agility microcredential — shareable the day the session wraps.
Professional membership included per seat — community, resources, and member pricing for two full years.
An 8-hour session earns 8 Scrum Education Units and 8 PDUs, applicable to Scrum Alliance and PMI certification renewal.
Private delivery means real examples from your own structure, not a generic case study — and a room where leaders and coaches can be candid with each other.
One 8-hour private session · Taught by Scott Dunn, CST · No public class schedule · Pricing depends on group size and format — ask when you book.

Founder, Rocket Nine Solutions · Certified Scrum Trainer
Scott has spent two decades inside organizations trying to change — the ones where culture and structure moved together, and the far more common ones where leadership changed one and expected the other to follow on its own. He teaches Enterprise Agility from the inside of that gap, with the systems-thinking tools to actually diagnose it. Bring your organization's real structure; he'll help you read it in the room.
Questions
Analyzing the link between an organization's structure and its culture, to find the specific changes needed to actually shift mindsets and sustain agility — not just announce it.
Instead of a rigid recipe or linear plan, you'll use systems thinking and safe-to-fail experiments to navigate the uncertainty of a complex organization, adjusting the strategy as you go instead of following fixed dates.
A structured approach — interview maps, hypothesis areas, feedback loops — used to surface the meaningful patterns, constraints, and friction inside a real agile organization.
You'll learn to treat resistance as data rather than a problem to push past — analyzing the pattern behind it so your intervention addresses the actual root cause.
Adaptive, iterative roadmaps built on feedback loops and metrics rather than fixed dates, so the strategy can evolve as the change actually unfolds.
There's no formal prerequisite, but this is an advanced-level agile coaching course. Prior agile coaching experience — or a previous Scrum Alliance agile coaching course — is strongly recommended.
Not currently — Enterprise Agility is offered as private training only. Book a session and we'll set it up around your organization and group size.
