Scott is one of fewer than 80 people in the world certified as both a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) — a rare dual credential that means you're learning from the top of the field.
Scott has worked as a developer (MCSD), manager, and project manager (PMP) at Inc 500 and Fortune 500 companies, served as a Scrum Master for over 10 years, and worked as an Agile coach at Forrester while leading numerous Agile transformations.
He's helped NASA deliver payloads to space, Kaiser Permanente deliver health care on Earth, and coached Fortune 500 companies to stay competitive in digital markets — tailoring Agile training for hundreds of organizations and training more than 3,000 leaders, managers, engineers, and coaches along the way.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule to another of our classes anytime, or cancel 30 or more days before class for a 100% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of class receive a 50% refund; cancellations within 7 days of class are non-refundable. For the best learning experience, classes run with a minimum of seven registrants — if fewer are registered, the class may be canceled two weeks in advance and attendees offered the next class or a full refund.
