Once we have three or more teams, there are challenges with full product knowledge, cross-team problem solving, and everyone getting (and staying) on the same page.
New classes coming soon!
Are you trying to figure out how to work with multiple teams without putting on an overly burdensome structure on top of the teams – losing the speed, agility and team ownership and empowerment Scrum provides? How do we keep quality code across teams? What about the role of management, and where’s our guidance for where the organization might need to change?
The three-day Large Scale Scrum training is called the Certified LeSS Practitioner class. LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) provides simple structural rules and guidelines on adopting Scrum in large development efforts and is also a framework for scaling Agile development across multiple teams. LeSS builds on Scrum principles such as empiricism, cross-functional and self-managing teams and provides a framework for applying those at scale.
The Large Scale Scrum training is a highly interactive, in-depth course covering the LeSS principles, framework, rules, and guides. It provides essential information for adopting and continuously improving LeSS in your organization using various thinking tools, organizational tools and action tools. The course contains an overview of LeSS, stories on LeSS adoptions, exercises and extensive Q&A sessions to ensure that the topics most of interest to the participants are investigated in detail.
