About This Class

Four half-days, live virtual, with Certified Scrum Trainer Paul Moore. This is where you stop just doing agile and start leading it — mentoring other developers, championing technical standards, and building a culture of technical excellence that spreads beyond your own keyboard.

You'll earn your CSP-D certification from Scrum Alliance — the top of the developer track — plus a two-year Scrum Alliance membership. Requires an active or expired A-CSD.

Outcomes

Curriculum

What You'll Learn

Five modules across four live, virtual half-days
1
Advanced TDD & Emergent Design — push test-driven development further, letting good design emerge from the code rather than forcing it upfront.
2
Continuous Delivery at Scale — apply continuous delivery practices across multiple teams sharing a codebase, not just within your own.
3
Mentoring & Coaching Developers — move from doing the work yourself to helping other developers level up their own technical practice.
4
Championing Technical Standards — set and defend a technical bar for your team, and build the credibility to make it stick.
5
A Culture of Technical Excellence — spread strong engineering practices beyond your own keyboard, across multiple Scrum teams in your organization.
Plus: the course closes on developing yourself as an agile leader — facilitating shared understanding among stakeholders and guiding teams through continuous learning.
