AI for Agile Leaders

Your org mandated AI.
Now lead it somewhere.

AI isn't a developer tool — it's an organizational capability, and somebody has to own it. This course gives directors, VPs, and the leaders holding the mandate both halves of the job: the governance and ROI case that gets it funded, and the 90-day rollout playbook that survives a live sprint cadence.

What you'll learn

Strategy at the top, execution on the ground

Six areas that take you from an AI mandate to an AI capability — whether you're setting the strategy or the one making it work day to day.

Module 01

Executive AI governance

Establish safe, scalable guidelines for generative AI adoption across cross-functional teams — before legal or security fill the vacuum for you.

Module 02

Strategic resource allocation

Identify the high-ROI AI enablement opportunities that actually reduce cycle time and eliminate organizational drag — and defund the ones that don't.

Module 03

Metrics that matter

Separate real productivity gains from vanity AI usage metrics, and build the version of the dashboard that survives a board meeting.

Module 04

The AI adoption roadmap

Build a realistic 90-day AI enablement roadmap — tool evaluation, pilot teams, and a rollout sequence that doesn't stall in pilot purgatory.

Module 05

Risk & privacy mitigation

Protect intellectual property and customer data while still giving teams real room to experiment.

Module 06

Optimizing delivery flow

Use AI-assisted workflow analytics to spot the friction points actually slowing delivery — not just the ones easiest to fix.

Your playbook

Leave with a working 90-day roadmap

The session closes by putting the roadmap to work: you'll leave with the start of your own 90-day AI enablement plan, plus the templates and leadership workflows to keep building it Monday morning.

Who it's for

Anyone holding the AI mandate — from either end

Whether you're setting the strategy or the one actually rolling it out, this course meets you where your mandate is.

VPs of Engineering & IT Directors

Accountable for where AI investment goes and what it's actually supposed to buy back.

PMO leaders

Standardizing how AI shows up across a portfolio of teams that are each already doing it differently.

Agile transformation leads

Already own the change agenda and need AI folded into it without becoming a second, competing initiative.

Technical program managers

Translating an executive AI mandate into a schedule, a pilot group, and a rollout that doesn't blow up delivery.

Scrum practice leads

Deciding what AI tooling gets sanctioned inside the framework you already coach teams on.

Mid-to-senior leaders navigating a rollout

Handed an AI mandate with no playbook, and expected to produce one.

Straight answer on prerequisites: there are none. This course is built for leaders from any role or background who are responsible for turning an AI mandate into something real — no technical background required.

Your seat

What $350 gets you

One afternoon, a working roadmap, and a standing invitation to keep building it with us.

  • 4 SEUs & 4 PDUs

This course is eligible for four Scrum Education Units and four PMI Professional Development Units toward your existing certification renewals — awarded for attendance and participation, no exam required.

  • Templates & playbooks

Leave with the same rollout templates, governance guardrails, and leadership workflows Scott uses inside enterprise AI engagements.

  • A working 90-day roadmap

Walk out with the start of your own AI enablement roadmap, built live in the session — not a template you fill in alone later.

  • Alumni meetings

Keep coming back. Bring the AI rollout you're actually stuck in and work it through with Scott and other practitioners.

Founder, Rocket Nine Solutions · Certified Scrum Trainer & Certified Enterprise Coach

Scott holds both a Certified Scrum Trainer and a Certified Enterprise Coach — one of a small number of people to carry both — and has spent the last two years watching organizations mandate AI adoption without a strategy to back it up. He teaches this course from both sides of that gap: the executive room deciding where to point AI, and the sprint team trying to make the mandate real without blowing up delivery.

Questions

Before you register

How does AI actually change Agile leadership?

AI shifts the Agile leader's job away from day-to-day administrative coordination and toward architecting high-autonomy environments, allocating resources deliberately, and setting enterprise AI governance. This course works both ends of that shift — the strategic decisions and the operational rollout.

What's an AI enablement roadmap?

A phased plan that walks teams through secure tool evaluation, pilot testing inside real sprint workflows, compliance guardrails, and organization-wide upskilling. Building the 90-day version of yours is one of the working deliverables of this session.

Do I need a technical background?

No. There are no prerequisites. This isn't a prompt-engineering course — it's built for the leader deciding how AI gets governed, funded, and rolled out, whatever your technical background.

Is there a certification or badge?

No formal credential is issued — this is an original Rocket Nine Solutions course, not a Scrum Alliance or PMI certification. It is eligible for 4 SEUs and 4 PDUs toward your existing certification renewals, awarded for attendance and participation with no exam.

How is the session structured?

One 4-hour live virtual session, moving from governance and ROI framing into a hands-on build of your own 90-day AI enablement roadmap. It's interactive by design, so plan on cameras on and bring your organization's actual AI mandate to work with.

Can you run this privately for my organization?

Yes, and for this course it's often the stronger choice — a private session lets your leadership team build one shared roadmap instead of six people leaving with six different plans. Email hello@rocketninesolutions.com and we'll put together a plan.

Still deciding?

Bring it to your organization

Run the session with the people who actually control the AI budget, the guardrails, and the rollout — and leave with one shared roadmap instead of several conflicting ones.

Somebody has to own the AI mandate.

Might as well be you.

One afternoon, one working roadmap, and a clear-eyed view of what your organization's AI mandate actually needs to become real. Pick your date.

AI for Agile Leaders is an original Rocket Nine Solutions course and is not a Scrum Alliance or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification program. SEUs are recognized by Scrum Alliance and PDUs by PMI toward existing certification renewals.
